According to Mordor Intelligence, the global MEMS market is about USD 17.52 billion in 2025 and is expected to reach USD 25.58 billion by 2031, a CAGR of roughly 6.5%. Inertial sensors (accelerometers plus gyroscopes) account for about 42.5% — the largest MEMS category — while Asia-Pacific holds more than half of global share, with China serving as both manufacturing hub and largest application market.
For structural and industrial monitoring, MEMS accelerometers mean affordability: mid-to-high-end devices with continuously improving noise density, temperature drift and long-term stability are replacing piezoelectric and force-balance solutions in a growing range of scenarios, cutting the cost and size of precision vibration sensing by an order of magnitude.
Corecloud builds its entire vibration and tilt product line on automotive/industrial-grade MEMS platforms, combined with proprietary calibration and temperature-compensation algorithms, striking a balance of cost, power and accuracy suited to large-scale deployment.
